How can I get Labeljoy?
You can download Labeljoy demo version and try it. If you enjoy it you may purchase a license. You will receive a license code allowing you to activate the demo version into an activated, full working version. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience of Labeljoy, you can easily uninstall it from your PC.
Can Labeljoy be bought in a store?
No, Labeljoy can only be purchased on-line.
How can I pay for Labeljoy?
Labeljoy can be purchased with a bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card.

No, an e-mail will be sent with the activation code and an invoice will be e-mailed to the address supplied on the order form, when you purchase your copy of Labeljoy.

Labeljoy is only available as a download. You will always be able to download an updated version through our website at any time.

Yes, but you will already have the license number. If this arises, you need only download Labeljoy's setup package through our web site and install it in trial mode, then reactivate it again.

How long does it take from the time I order to get the license number?
The waiting period depends on the payment method:
Bank transfer: customers receive the activation code and the invoice once our account has been credited.
Credit card: customers receive the activation code and the invoice within two hours of online transaction processing. If you have not received the email within two hours, please write to us and let us know and we will be happy to help.
How does technical support work?
Customers who own an active (current) license can contact tech support by e-mail or by live chat for one year with no limits. After the first year you may buy a support ticket through the website.
What will happen after I place my order?
Once your order has been processed successfully, we will immediately send you an email with your registration number. This may take from a few minutes to an hour in most cases. Follow the instructions in your email to convert your product to a registered version.

Sure!! Please go to contact page to submit your request. You must enter the email address you used while buying the product, and tell us which product you purchased. We will verify your information with our records and resend the registration code to you.

Just after purchased your Labeljoy license you will receive, in your email address, a message containing the activation key. You should enter it in order to activate Labeljoy and remove the watermark.
