Labeljoy Flex is a subscription plan where you pay a regular fee at a monthly interval, in exchange for ongoing access to the full functionalities of our software. Here's how it works:

1. Sign-up: You can subscribe for a plan by filling up the provided form on our website, which will take you to the Stripe Billing payment page. Here you just have to set up your payment and billing information, and you're good to go.
2. Payment: Once signed up, you will be charged the recurring fee for the first year. If you chose the monthly billing, you will be charged the recurring fee for the first month, plus the one-time setup fee to start the subscription. After that, you will be automatically billed at the chosen interval for the recurring fee only.
3. Access: You will receive immediate access to all features of our product, as described in our pricing page.
4. Continued access: As long as you continue to pay the subscription fee at each interval, you will maintain full access to all functions and features of the product.
5. Cancelation: You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time, which will end your access to the Full Mode when the current billing cycle ends. The software will then revert to Trial Mode.

When subscribing to a new recurring plan, you can choose the number of workstations allowed to use your license code at the same time (up to 20 seats).

Simply increase the number of seats by clicking the "Qty" button on the order form. The price will adjust accordingly.

After payment, you will be able to use your license on the desired number of computers.
Please note, however, that the excess of activations or switches between machines will be monitored and might eventually lead to the block of your license, with no forewarning and no refund.

Every time a new subscription is started, a one-time setup fee will be applied, only if you choose the monthly billing cycle. This currently amounts to €24.90. If you choose to pay once a year, there will be no setup fee.

Your subscription will automatically renew, as long as payment attempts are successful. You can decide to cancel it at any time, which will cause the program to revert to Trial Mode at the end of the current billing period.

Once the plan is fully terminated, if you still need access to the full features of the software, you will have to subscribe for a new plan, according to the current (possibly different) pricing model.

To manage your subscription, download your invoices, update your payment methods and billing data, you can access the Stripe Billing customer portal from this page, and enter your email address.

Every license of the software is bound 1:1 to the email address used on the first activation, and it will remain the same even after subsequent cancellations and resumptions.

Make sure you use a stable and reliable email address, so that you'll never lose access to your subscription!
