You can add a new group to the current job in three ways:

  • Through the Manage menu: select the Manage menu and select the Add group sub-menu.
  • Through the Group settings button: display the group settings popup menu by clicking the Group icon, or right-click on an empty area of a group, and then select the Add group sub-menu.
  • By pasting the last group copied to the clipboard: the group settings menu also enables you to access the group copy/paste commands.

Regardless of the method you choose, the new group will start at the first available label position and will be initially made up of as many labels as there are on a sheet as defined in the current layout. So, for example, if the current layout is made up of 3 columns and 8 rows, the new group will have its initial Copies number set to 24.

If necessary, the page position will be moved to the last page to ensure that the newly added group is visible.
