Labeljoy organizes labels in Sets, which are containers for one or more labels. You can have more than one set per job, and create complex printing jobs.

Each set can contain Barcode, Text and Graphic elements that display whatever is needed to create the desired labels. All elements added to a specific set will then be replicated on all labels belonging to that particular set.

In the Set settings dialog box you can define the Copy number you need for a specific set, or link that set to an external data source so the label elements can be linked to specific fields of the selected data source (only for the Full version).

The layout determines the position and size of the labels on paper. Labeljoy will replicate the same elements (with different characteristics when connected to a data source) many times on a single sheet in case the layout defines more than one column or row (for example with multiple label adhesive sheets), or print only one position per sheet (for example with envelopes).

Element editing will take place through the commands on the Ribbon bar or via a specific setting dialog box specific for each type of element being edited. For example, setting properties for a Barcode element will take place through a setting dialog box organized in tabs that will contain all customizable aspects of a barcode element, such as the type of barcode, the back color, the size, etc.
