LabeljoyNew version
The status bar runs along the bottom, under the work area. Its top row has the controls for looking at your document; its bottom row tells you what you're looking at.

The view you're using is lit orange, and so is Fit width or Fit page while the zoom is following one of them.
| The controls | |
| Page view | Shows whole pages, as they'll be printed. |
| Label view | Shows each label on its own, one after the other. Page elements aren't shown. |
| Fit width, Fit page, Zoom out, the zoom, Zoom in | How big the document is drawn: see Zoom. |
| First, Previous, the page number, Next, Last | Which page is on screen: see Navigating pages and labels. |
| The information | |
| Current pages | The pages on screen, and how many there are - for example Page 1 of 3. |
| Current labels | The labels on screen, and how many there are - for example Labels 1-24 of 60. |
| Filter and sort | Shows up when the data of a label set is filtered, sorted, or both - one icon for each. Click it to open Filter and sort. |
| Paper size | The paper the document prints on. |
| Label size | The width and height of one label, in the units you picked in Settings. |
| Layout | The brand and model of the layout, when the document has one from the layout library. |
Apart from Filter and sort, the information is just there to read; clicking it doesn't do anything. When no document is open, the status bar is dimmed. While a Labeljoy update is downloading, its progress shows up in place of the information.
