There are three ways to get help while you work with Labeljoy: this online help, Joy, the AI assistant, and email support.

The online help is the guide you're reading right now. You can open it from the Online help button in the Help panel, and it always describes the latest version of Labeljoy.

Joy, the AI assistant answers your questions about Labeljoy and about your document in plain words, and it can make changes to the document for you - just ask. Open it from its button in the toolbar, or press Ctrl+Shift+A. See The assistant.

Email support puts you in touch with our technical support team. The Email support button in the Help panel opens a request form, and Labeljoy sends along what the team needs to understand the problem. See Email support for exactly what's sent.
