LabeljoyNew version
Wherever Labeljoy takes a picture - an Image in an element, or the Template image of the Layout panel - a row of buttons says where it comes from.

| Where a picture can come from | |
| Field | A column of your data, so each label gets its own picture - see Image for what the column can hold. Only in a label element. |
| File | A picture on your computer: JPEG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, TIFF or BMP. The window opens in the folder you took the last one from. |
| Url | A picture on the internet: paste its address - in most browsers, right-click the picture and copy its address. If the address gives something that isn't a picture - a web page, say - nothing changes, and a message says so; Hide this message in it keeps it quiet from then on. |
| Clipart | One of the cliparts. Not for the template image. |
| Scanner | Scan it, with your scanner's own window. If there's no scanner, or it fails, a message says why. |
| Get from clipboard | A picture you've copied in another program. Dimmed when there isn't one. |
| Delete | Takes the picture away. |
The picture is copied into the document, whichever way it came: the document doesn't need the file, the web page or the scanner again, and you can send it to someone as it is. The name under the buttons says where it came from.
Dragging a picture file from a folder onto a label makes a new element with it - see Adding elements.
With several elements selected, the picture goes to all of them.
