Coming from Labeljoy 6

LabeljoyNew version

If you know Labeljoy 6, most of what you used is still here, but in new places. The ribbon is gone: the toolbar at the top opens a panel on the left for each job, the panel of the element you click shows everything about it, and a right-click brings up what you can do with what's under the mouse. The tables below say where each Labeljoy 6 command is now.

Bringing your Labeljoy 6 documents over. Labeljoy doesn't open Labeljoy 6 files (.lpa, .lpe and .lpl) - convert them first. In Labeljoy 6, choose File > Convert to Labeljoy X: it converts the document on screen, or a whole folder of them, into Labeljoy files (.ljx) that you then open here as usual. Labeljoy 6 is left as it was, and so are your original files.
